Return and Refund Policy

We offer 15-day returns only for damaged or incorrect items

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the item is defective, damaged, or not matching what was shown on our website.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at aarohipixelprint@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: B-20, Block B, Acharya Niketan, Mayur Vihar, Delhi, 110091.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

No Returns on Custom or Personalized Products

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on custom artworks or personalized items, as they are specially crafted for you and cannot be resold.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or wrong items. To get a replacement, follow the return process. Once accepted, we’ll ship a replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card to process it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at aarohipixelprint@gmail.com.
